The Sachsenring motorsport racing circuit is located in Hohenstein-Ernstthal near Chemnitz in Saxony, Germany. Among other events, it features the annual German motorcycle Grand Prix of the FIM Grand Prix motorcycle racingworld championship.
Since 1998, the German motorcycle Grand Prix moved to the Sachsenring from Nürburgring. In recent years, the track has been made faster and longer again, with the length now being 3670m.
The circuit is about 10 kilometres south of Zwickau and about 25 kilometres north-west of Chemnitz. The circuit is easily accessible via the A72 and the B93 motorway.

From all Grandstands you have a good view on the giant screens in front. The general admission places are limited and don't give a good view on the screens. Our tip for this Grand Prix: T2 Grandstand at the end of the start/finish straight!
