In 2027, MotoGP returns to one of the most popular events on the calendar: Le Mans. Famous around the world for its legendary 24-hour race, the French circuit transforms into a true motorcycle racing festival when MotoGP comes to town.
The French Grand Prix attracts an enormous crowd every year, creating one of the most impressive atmospheres of the MotoGP season. Packed grandstands, passionate French fans and three days of racing make Le Mans a bucket-list destination for MotoGP enthusiasts.
Its popularity does, however, make organising a traditional travel package extremely difficult. Hotels in and around Le Mans are almost impossible to secure during the Grand Prix weekend, while regular admission tickets tend to sell out extremely quickly. For this reason, SportTravel does not offer a regular guided travel package for MotoGP France.

Le Mans & Surroundings – French charm along the Sarthe
Located along the Sarthe River, Le Mans is known worldwide as one of France's great motorsport cities. The legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans put the city firmly on the international racing map, but during the MotoGP weekend, motorcycles completely take over.
Away from the circuit, the historic heart of Le Mans is well worth exploring. The beautiful Cité Plantagenêt is filled with narrow cobbled streets, traditional half-timbered houses, charming squares and terraces, providing a wonderful contrast to the speed and excitement of the Grand Prix.
The city centre also offers plenty of cafés, traditional bistros and restaurants where you can enjoy French cuisine and a good glass of wine after a day at the circuit.
Le Mans is easily accessible from other parts of France thanks to its excellent TGV connections, making it possible to combine your MotoGP weekend with a visit to Paris or a longer road trip through France.
