Circuit Information: Ricardo Tormo – Valencia

The Circuit Ricardo Tormo, often referred to as the Circuit de Valencia, is located in Cheste, Spain. Since its opening in 1999, it has become one of the most iconic venues on the MotoGP calendar. Designed by renowned track architect Hermann Tilke, the circuit offers a compact, technical layout that creates an exciting challenge for riders and an outstanding viewing experience for fans.

The track measures 4.005 kilometres and features a one-kilometre main straight followed by a series of flowing corners and tight hairpins. Due to its compact, twisty nature, some riders jokingly refer to it as a “Mickey Mouse track” — although the layout makes for constant action and impressive visibility.

Located just a 20-minute drive from the city of Valencia, the circuit provides excellent access and a stadium-style atmosphere. From almost every grandstand you can see the majority of the lap, which contributes to its status as one of the best-attended MotoGP weekends of the year, with more than 210,000 fans across the event.

Grandstand Oeste Verde (Green) — outstanding views, close racing and great atmosphere.
