How does the ordering process work with SportTravel?
SportTravel has tried to make the ordering process as simple as possible. After choosing a product or products your order is placed in the shopping basket where you can always check whether everything still corresponds to the choices you made. Then select checkout. On the checkout screen you will be asked for your personal data and the payment method. This personal data is only used by us to complete and send your order. We never pass on your personal data to third parties without your permission.
After entering all required data, you will be directed to a payment page of MultiSafepay where you will be asked to enter specific data depending on your chosen payment method. Once you have completed the checkout process, you will then receive an Order confirmation.. Once you have placed an order with us you will always receive a confirmation email straightaway. If you still have not received this email half an hour after placing the order, please contact us directly so that we can arrange your order.
You will only receive a payment receipt once your payment has been received. Your order is only now definitively placed for processing. After payment you will always receive an instant confirmation email from us with your payment receipt. If you still have not received this email half an hour after paying, please contact us directly.
How and when will I receive my order
You will receive your tickets and/or travel documents no later than 10 to 14 working days before the event. SportTravel sends them by courierservice and they always require confirmation of receipt and a signature from the individual who made the order.
What if I want to cancel my order
Once you have placed an order, it is not possible to cancel or withdraw the order because orders involve tours and tickets with a fixed time and place. We will of course do everything possible for you to find an appropriate solution. We therefore advise you to take out a trip or cancellation insurance for the specific event.
