How does SportTravel handle bookings during this Covid-19 period
We have a dedicated page related with bookings made in 2020 and shifted towards the new season. We have also added information on the bookingsproces for new bookings for the 2021 season. Please check-out Covid-19 Bookings proces page.  

Is ordering online from SPORTTRAVELWORLD.COM safe and secure?
Yes, sporttravelworld.com is 100 per cent committed to protecting your security and privacy. Our SSL software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number and name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet. To make sure your connection is secure, please check the bottom of your browser for a closed lock.

How is my booking guaranteed in case SportTravel gets in financial problems?
For making safe bookings with SportTravel in the future, another good news is, that all paid funds for -new- package reservations (hotel & ticket packages) will be put in a guarantee fund (garantiefonds in Dutch). By this your payment is secured in case SportTravel might end up in financial problems. The contribution will be € 7,50 per person which will automatically be charged on your reservation and mentioned on your invoice. How can I pay my MotoGP or WorldSBK package
SPORTTRAVELWORLD.COM accepts VISA & MASTERCARD credit card payments, Maestro and bank transfers. We do not take your Card details over the phone. For further information about our payment methods please refer to our detailed payment information page.

Prices:
All Travel Packages are quoted in € EURO and are per person based on sharing a Twin Room / Double room on a B&B basis ( unless otherwise stated ). If you travel alone, there is a single room surcharge you have to select.

Tickets:
Race Tickets are included to our Travel Packages. You can upgrade your tickets by alternative grandstands or Paddock Experiences at a number of selected events.

If you purchase “Ticket only”, you package will include: ticketholder / keycord and event information.

Can I reserve specific seat numbers?
Unfortunately it is impossible for us to reserve specific seat numbers for you in advance. As an official ticket agent we are entirely depending on the promoters of the circuit for our allocation of tickets. We know our seat allocation only 2 weeks prior to the event.

When will I receive my tickets?
You will receive your ticket(s) 7-10 days prior to the race. A courier service will deliver your tickets at the given delivery address. Please note that UPS delivers during working hours and that someone needs to sign for your package. On what days can I enter the circuit?
When you purchase tickets bearing the words “Fri-Sun” this means that you have admittance to the circuit and to your reserved grandstand or standing position on the days Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Tickets bearing the description “Sun” give admittance on Sunday-only.

Can I bring my child(ren) to the circuit?
Special children’s tickets are available for most races, but we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the age restrictions that apply for these tickets can vary from per event. For General Admission normally kids upto 12 to 16 years are free and for Grandstands, all kids older than 4 years will need a ticket for a seat.

Can I cancel my booking?
Under certain conditions you can review and cancel your travel package. We refere to our “Rules & Conditions” pages for the specific details. For Ticket Only there are different conditions: after you have confirmed your booking, cancellation is no longer possible.

I would like to change my delivery address. Is this possible?
You can always change the delivery address until about 2-4 weeks prior to the race. Please note it is your responsibility to notify us in advance of a change in delivery address. If you are travelling in the weeks prior to the race, please inform us about your plans. With UPS Express you will be able to receive your tickets at your address abroad.
